One Million Accounts a Day: Inside VueFrame A3, Claptek's First Patent
Claptek has been granted its first patent, for VueFrame A3 (Account Assessment for Audit). Our CEO, Chetan Maheshwari, is named as the inventor. It's a proud moment for all of us, and it marks a real shift in what kind of company we are.
The problem with audit today
Picture an auditor reviewing a loan account at one branch. Everything looks fine. Meanwhile, a related account at another branch has already been flagged by a different auditor, and a regulatory requirement that applies to both sits in a separate checklist. Nobody sees the whole picture, so the gap stays hidden until something goes wrong.
That's what fragmented audit looks like. Oversight covers only part of the organisation, and insight arrives after the damage is done. We built A3 to change that.
One view of every account
A3 organises the audit universe around accounts. It brings auditor assessments, related accounts and regulatory expectations, including RBI requirements, into one view across the whole enterprise.
With everything in one place, process gaps are much easier to spot. Teams can act before problems grow instead of reacting after they have.
Built for scale
A3 currently processes more than one million account assessments every day, checking each one against defined control checkpoints.
It filters precisely, so attention goes to the accounts that need it. It also samples intelligently, and its sampling is unbiased, adjusts as conditions change, and holds up to regulatory scrutiny.
From services to products
For years, Claptek has been known for delivering complex work well for our clients. A3 marks our next step: building our own products and intellectual property. Our team took a hugely complicated problem and turned it into something structured and usable, and we're proud of what they've built.
Just the beginning
A3 is our first patent, and it won't be our last. More products are on the way.
