In 1999, two chartered accountants founded AUDITime Quality Management with a vision to lead the emerging era of governance frameworks. Businesses were moving from legacy environments to sophisticated platforms, largely without recognising the risk they were taking on by making technology their backbone. To prove the value of control knowledge, the founders took on the hardest work first: a control evaluation and consulting assignment with assurance services for an exchange technology development company, in a domain barely established in India and with almost no audit capability available for such projects. That assignment began the marathon to build an IT audit institution. Over 20 years, we have created solutions for large and diverse organisations that return many times their spend, maturing their risk management and improving their business. The marathon continues with a team of experienced consultants focused on Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, with capabilities reaching well beyond, into Manufacturing, Healthcare, Telecom, Logistics and Energy.

A Chartered Accountant (merit holder) with a Master's in Commerce from Mumbai University, he is also a CISA and CRISC. Outside work, he's a keen trekker who has summited several 6,000m Himalayan peaks.
Sonal is an entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the IT solutions industry. At Claptek (formerly Auditime), she focuses on organizational growth and evolution. She devises and implements robust business processes and an organizational Balanced Scorecard that aligns KPIs with the company’s long-term goals.
She leads cross-functional teams and drives efficiency through process optimization and best practices, while building a culture that values collaboration, high performance, and work-life balance. She also oversees regulatory compliance and internal controls and heads the company’s intellectual property function, which covers IP ownership, protection, and strategy, including commercialization and enforcement.
She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Commerce and is a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and a Certified Software Tester (CSTE).
Srimanta brings over 14 years of experience in HR operations and organizational development across the technology sector. His expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, organizational transformation, and building scalable HR practices.
At Claptek, he leads the people strategy, strengthening organizational capabilities, driving employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture. He plays a key role in implementing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) KPI framework, ensuring that individual and team performance stays aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Science (Honours), and several professional HR certifications. Outside work, he is an avid swimmer who often spends up to two hours at a stretch in the pool.
Ravindra Karkarey is Vice President for GRC Products at Claptek and hold 14+ years of experience and has participated in over 40+ Implementation for leading Private Bank, Public sector Bank, NBFC, Small Finance Bank, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas Industry. He has delivered many solutions in Audit, Vendor Risk and Incident Management.

He is known for his expertise in GRC solution delivery, Data Integration, Analytics, Predictive analysis, Product automation, Reporting & Dashboarding, Predictive analysis and Product automation.
Manju Mamtani holds vast experience of more than 3 decades in Life Insurance Industry. She has worked for renowned companies like LIC of India, ICICI Pru Life, SBI Life and SUD Life.
Being a subject matter expert in Insurance Domain, she is instrumental in leading our insurance vertical and deliver successful projects using her extensive experience in different areas of Life Insurance Industry. Smriti Parashar leads Claptek's MetricStream practice, guiding clients through GRC implementations and building long-term business partnerships across global markets. She has done her MBA from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune and brings more than seven years of experience building and managing partnerships with major public sector organisations, both in India and internationally.
Before Claptek, Smriti worked in strategy consulting at KPMG and in a corporate role at Adani Wilmar Ltd. Those years sharpened her ability to distil complex business and market information into clear, practical recommendations for senior leadership.
Earlier in her career, she served as an officer with IRCTC, where she managed western-region operations for Rail Neer. Across consulting, operations, technology and client partnerships, one thing has stayed constant: she cuts through complexity and gets things done.
